Only the first 25 sheets printed for the series were saved originally, and of that total only 15 were known to exist, with one being confirmed as cut up into singles. The present sheet is new to that census, and should be noted that it's the 10th sheet printed for $5 Silver Certificates. This sheet has been folded down the middle, both horizontally and vertically, as well as between the top and bottom rows of notes.
