Here is an amazing $100 note from charter #15, the first national bank to open its doors and release notes. There are eight 1902 Date Back $100s reported and three are listed as UNC, but none graded by PCGS or PMG. The Plain Back $100s have 10 notes reported and only 2 are graded UNC, both are PMG 64, and this is one of those notes. This example has lovely blue signatures that are quite legible. I believe most of these notes came through me and were part of the Davenport bank hoard around 1994. The other PMG 64 sold in 2008 at $5,175.
