This is a truly rare signature combination as well as seal and serial combination with only 85 serial numbers recorded. This Gem 65 EPQ only has a single PCGS 66 and a PMG 66 EPQ graded higher. Less than 20% of known notes are thought to have a chance as an UNC. The PMG 66 EPQ realized $17,250 in a Stack's 2010 sale, during a much softer market.
