This is a scarcer Bruce-Roberts signature combination for the $5 Educational and it's about 40% scarcer in known notes. It appears that more lower quality examples were saved, such as Tillman-Morgan signatures as they were available first. This note possesses the quality everyone strives for - Gem New 66 PPQ. A gorgeous, fresh and original note with amazing centering and beautiful color. Just a beauty! There seems to be nineteen '66 PPQ' graded, along with ten graded '67'. The earlier Fr. 268 has one Gem 68 PPQ, five '67s' and thirty-eight '66s'. A wonderful opportunity for the best.
