February 1, 1863. A complete set of these mid Civil War Fractionals, all featuring a palmetto tree vignette , with the value in blue ink on each side. There is also a red denomination on the back. This bank was the fiscal agent for the state during the war so there are no wartime state issues from South Carolina. Haxby SC-45 G84b, G90e, G92e, G104e, G114e and G116.
