A lovely Manning note with the small red seal and the open back design. The centering and originality are all there. This note is absolutely one of the 10 top grades for this signature and seal combination. There are 227 $20 Manning notes from this serial and only one is certified PMG 58 and one equal in PMG 53, then there are five that could be above or below these, but that's pretty special company.
