Grade: PCGS VF 35 Apparent
This note was sold in 1999 as an AU and now it has been graded VF 35 Apparent due to a small edge tear repair. Well maybe there is a repair and maybe there isn't but there is a tiny mark on the back. There are only 23 serial numbers recorded and this note should be the sixth or seventh best. The Rickey Collection only has a VF 25. Definitely appears better than a VF. From the Cleveland Collection.
