We checked with the national guys and our error specialist and it seems no exact census exists for this error from across the country. The general consensus is that, for all banks combined, there are 4 to 6 examples known, all in grades similar to this. The uncut sheet of four subjects passed twice through the machinery affixing the signatures of the bank officers, once in the correct orientation and the other upside down.
