Records indicate that there are two other Red Seals known from this charter but this is the only #1 Red Seal to have been located. The note is likely signed by a founder or founding family, H.L. Williamson, President and Alex Bishop, Cashier. The town reached its zenith between 1900 and 1920 when the railroad connected the town to the outside world and this note was printed. New to the census and only the eleventh #1 Red Seal from the state.
