Dated February 10, 1843. PCGS gives a laundry list of problems on the holder, all of which are correct. They also deem this to be a remainder, which we believe to be incorrect. Everything about this note makes it out to be an impaired proof that has plenty of back damage from its removal from cardstock. In either event, we see this piece originally sold for over $400 in a 2010 HA sale.
