Over the years as you read my descriptions, no doubt you will known my passion for the black back Silver Certificates. This lovely $10 is one of the finest known with only three notes listed in Track & Price as certified better; a PMG 66 EPQ, PMG 64 and PMG 58. Four others may well be in the mix but not yet certified. Graded Ch. Abt. New 55 PPQ seems like a great grade for the buyer as this note is fresh, well centered and with excellent paper quality but two corner tips hold it back from grading higher but not from its beauty status.
