An exceptionally nice large note which exudes originality in all the right places. Strong embossing is evident on the serial numbers as well as all the overprint devices. The contrast between the blue overprint and the white paper is as good as it gets. The signatures are printed as was the custom for these large Eastern banks, but they are perfect. A great condition note on a highly sought after state. This is the only uncirculated Blue Seal in the census, and has not been seen since it sold in our August 2002 sale.
