This is the nicest $5 1882 Brown Back to be offered on this large-only bank since a similar piece two serial numbers away was sold in the 2012 FUN sale for $1,380. Excellent paper quality worthy of a PPQ or EPQ designation and super stamped signatures of M. R. Goding, Cashier and S. R. Small, President. Of the 16 reported examples, 13 are $5 Brown Backs.
