This is the best of the 12 star serial numbers recorded and it has been previously graded '63' by Stack's in 1991. These days this note has been graded AU 55 and 58 EPQ earlier as well. So it looks lovey but maybe not quite UNC. This is definitely the best with a single XF followed by several VF notes.
