This is a very rare Parker-Burke signature combination with only nine star serial numbers recorded. This note, graded Ch. New 63 PPQ, is the only uncirculated example among those reported with the next best confirmed being an XF 45. The note was acquired a decade ago at $4,600 and the quality is excellent for the grade.
