The Speelman-White signature combination was used on many notes and it provided many stars as well with 187 star serial numbers recorded at this time. Among those are very few high grade with only two currently graded higher. This note falls into a small group listed that are potentially the same grade. Excellent originality and paper quality and is infinitely desirable as such.
