This is an excellent example of a sole survivor and imagine how hard Mr. Phil must have searched through the Dallas Federal Reserve to acquire examples for Amon Carter, Tom Bain or himself. There was quite an interest in Dallas material as early as the 1950s. I think this is a pleasing, evenly circulated note with excellent color and body but there is a very minor light stain in the left end margin.
