This note appears to be tied for second best of the five star serial numbers recorded with the Napier-McClung signatures as the top note has been off the market since 1993. The note came from CAA in 1995 supposedly as an XF but not when Len saw it. Grade was changed to VF 30 which seemed enough to him; he is conservative on lower grades. The other VF 30 realized $8,050 in 2009.
