This is an exceptional, early rarity of the star note era and it's the better of the two examples recorded; the other is a Fine 12 Apparent. The note was acquired by its previous owner in 1999 at a cost of $9,900 at R.M. Smythe. A problem free Fine 15 with the Vernon-McClung signatures.
