There are two star serial numbers recorded on this Teehee-Burke Bullen-Morss signature combination. This is a nice, pleasing VF 25 that is the finest known of the two examples currently extant. There are only 13 stars for the entire issue of 1918 $5 FRBN stars. This Boston $5 is very rare, even if it was not a star! We sold the lower grade a decade ago at $9,200.
