This is the finest known of the 16 star notes reported on this White-Mellon 'A' variety. A beautiful, original and fresh UNC that was earlier graded PMG 65 EPQ. I assume the margins didn't quite meet the PCGS '65' grade. The fact is there is only one other UNC listed and it's not certified.
