In this grade, the 1928-A star and 1928-D star are about equal in rarity and are the keys to the set. However, in the higher grades of AU or CU, the 1928-A star pulls ahead as the clear winner. This means that to locate a better example of this star would be prohibitively expensive, with examples few and far between. This piece is quite nice and looks AU.
