A gorgeous Gem $2 Educational that is part of a set of '65 PPQs' that we are offering for sale. The color is excellent as well as the originality along with Gem centering both face and back. I cannot find a single sales record for a Gem 65 PPQ or EPQ Fr. 247 $2 Ed in all of 2015; but the Fr. 248s were available.
