This is one of the few banks that issued $100 Red Seals that are actually available for collectors. The Track & Price census shows thirteen $100 Red Seals and only one is UNC, with another 25 like this example and then a '20'. So this is very nice quality for the bank. It's been six years since a $100 Red Seal has been on the market. The noted small tears are tough to see and it's a VF. PMG notes: small tears.
