A neat Long Island Red Seal from this Suffolk County bank that is completely new to the census and market. There are only seven Red Seals reported, including two #1 notes. This note has excellent pen signatures of the Vice President, Frederick Sheide and Cashier, George Pebler and the condition is wonderful. It's been over a decade since the last Red Seal was offered. Offered at the same time in this sale is a lovely Blue Seal as well.
