This is a really rare and desirable Manning note with the Ornate Back - as there are only 19 serial numbers recorded. This example last appeared in 1998 and the #B11 serial just makes it even more sought after. During the last six years VFs have brought from $43,125 to $25,850 or so. I am very excited to offer this rarity from the Cleveland Collection. PCGS notes 'restorations' and I can see several tiny minor closed splits, very negligible. The note looks problem free.
