Gem Buffaloes are beautiful notes and checking Track & Price census it shows only three '67s' graded by PMG or PCGS, along with nine '66s' and sixteen '65 PPQ or EPQs'. To me that seems surprisingly low but that's why people like them. They are beautiful and very scarce.
