Putnam County has been an important location since the 1700s and it should not surprise anyone that early First Charters exist from here. This bank has nine large notes reported and all are First Charters. This is only the second Deuce reported and it simply appeared one day. Wear is visible but it's evenly dispersed over the note. Great signatures and even edges - a real find!
