This note was from the bank's first sheet of $5 notes that were signed by P.A. and W.P. Wheeler. The paper is nice but a little bit toned. Excellent centering and great body. In 2010 this note appeared on eBay at $11,775 which was a strong price at the time. We sold a VF, not a #1, at $9,200 in October 2008.
