Here we have an important, newly discovered #1 National Bank Note from Bedford, Virginia. This bank was chartered in 1919 and with this #1 note reported there are now just three known. This is a rare short issued bank and it's beautiful. There are just four or so #1 Virginia Blue Seals. The note is net graded for mounting marks but they must be light as I can't see them.
