The Laramie National Bank was chartered on April 18, 1881 and started by issuing 1,630 sheets of $10-10-10-20 Territorials and 53 sheets of state notes before changing the title and issuing a total of 431 sheets of $10-10-10-20. The bank was liquidated in 1895 and by 1910 it showed an outstanding of $750. It's now 107 years later and this bank remains unique. According to the 1894 Bradford, Rhodes & Co. directory the officers at that time were Henry G. Balch, President, A. Kendall, Cashier and E.D. Hisken, Assistant Cashier. Batch was a signer on this note.
