A nice, well centered and fresh note with original paper quality; in fact, it has excellent quality in every way. The #1 Red Seal FRNs are both desirable and rare. There are some #1s known beginning with New York, Chicago, this note, Minneapolis, Kansas City and San Francisco so half of the twelve districts are represented. A great project would be building a collection of #1 Red Seal FRNs. Only seven notes are as nice or nicer based on the Track & Price census.
