Haxby 65-G42. Six POCs along the signature lines. PCGS notes some hinge repaired edge tears. A really pretty black and white proof with central shipping vignette flanked by other varied vignettes. Delaware as a general rule has fewer Proofs than plenty of other states and this is the only example we have seen on Smyrna.
