A very scarce note from the only bank to issue in this Idaho panhandle community. Eight large are known and all are in the VG/Fine grade range. PMG has noted a tear as the reason for the net grade. This same note sold a decade ago for $2,300 and the only other $5 note, graded Fine, sold for $4,025 around the same time period.
