This note likely passed through the hands of Ted Gozanski of Superior Currency. Ted was one of the main suppliers of fancy serial numbered notes back in the 1960s and early 1970s. He actually bought his notes from a Cleveland Federal Reserve Bank employee, who now, of course is long gone.
