This is a very scarce variety that is rarely seen in CU grade. The green back Spinners are dirt common but with the back surcharges are actually much scarcer and have always been underappreciated. This lovely note with "1" on face has bright bronzing, cavernous embossing and superb eye appeal for the grade.
