This is a wonder note for most collectors as it possesses both rarity and grade. This solid surcharge fiber paper Fessenden note has great eye appeal but is usually seen in XF/AU grade when encountered. Normally CU notes rarely avail themselves and with a broader bottom margin this would be much better than just Choice CU.
