Grade: PCGS Very Ch. New 64 PPQ
This is easily the prettiest '64 PPQ' Colonial we have ever seen. The printing quality is superior, the signatures look like they were applied this morning and the margins and centering are awesome. There are even two full deckled edges at bottom and left. Certainly worth a lot more than the typical $300-$400 that a note in this grade would bring.
