Grade: PMG Ch. Fine 15 Net
A lovely example of this much tougher T-21 Confederate note that has a nearly full frame line on all sides and excellent color. Technical grade of Very Fine but slightly net graded due to ink burn; this is seen at the top in a stray blob of ink that could very easily have been from the note above on the sheet.
