This double denomination stunned the jaded CNN reporters when Frederick J. Bart showed it during a television broadcast. Aside from its celebrity status, it hails from the most abundant (if any subtype can be considered common) of the double denominations with 38 serial numbers presently recorded in the census. As such, the $5 / $10 remains the perennial selection as a type note to represent the mistake. This quality has been considered Gem CU for decades.
