We rarely see these T-17 notes in any appreciable grade better than a lower end Very Fine but this solid VF/XF note has rightly earned the PPQ designation from PCGS. Add to that the fact that is fully framed on all sides and you have the makings of a really lovely example. In our PCDA sale, we just sold a PCGS Apparent VF 30 for just over $1,000 and this one should easily meet that mark and then some.
