Quite rare as a fully signed and issued note in this advanced state of preservation and with the PPQ designation credited by the grading cabal at PCGS. Uncirculated two-signature remainders are so common for this issue but to find one with four or more signatures is quite a chore. Exceptional grade and very desirable as such. Your cataloger has never seen a truly CU example and even nice AUs catapult over the four-figure threshold.
