A better Woodchopper number and one that really does look like a Gem with great originality and fresh paper. PMG has Net graded it due to a very well-concealed paper pull that is miniscule and in need of a tune up and paint job. If you are under the impression that this is going to sell for typical "63 Net" money then you might want to reevaluate your strategy.
