From the face this proof is a gorgeous Gem with superb printing and bold 'ONE' protector. Fascinating sailing ships vignette at center rather indicative of this heavily collected location at the northern end Cape Cod. There is a mounting remnant on the back upper corner that keeps the Gem grade out of reach.
