A much tougher 1928-C series note with the Cleveland district second in scarcity only to the Richmond district. Lightly circulated and with good color, this note should certainly please its new owner, as it will likely fill a gaping hole in his or her collection. In the past year or more we have seen three AU Cleveland notes sell, bringing an average of $700 each.
