Grade: PCGS Apparent XF 40
A very nice example for the grade with its bold printing, well executed signatures and bright inks. The masked stain at upper left doesn't greatly distract from the visual appeal of this piece. A problem free XF would easily be a four-figure note and we figure with the minor quality issue it shouldn't lag too far behind.
