PCGS notes this has been severed and repaired with six punch cancels. Bold red "TEN" protector seen at bottom and a farming scene at top center. Incredible embossing is seen on the back of this proof that is not attached to cardstock. Proofs of this Maryland town rarely seen to appear at auction and when they do they are highly sought after.
