A glorious note that possesses that rare combination of both rarity and grade. Considering that PCGS has graded over 100 examples for each of the most common districts it is noteworthy that they have only seen an even dozen of this challenging Dallas district note. This note and one other are perched atop the Population Report for this Friedberg number. The only other comparable auction result we can find in recent years was a PCGS New 62 note that sold for over $1,100 a year ago. This note should do better.
