This is easily one of the prettiest rice paper notes in one of the nicest conditions as you will be able to find. So many of these have a multitude of problems due to the fragile nature of the ultra thin paper. Even with a VF/XF grade it appears to be a conservative assessment. Gigantic margins are seen on all sides and the paper quality is nothing short of exceptional.
