A very scarce Connecticut issue as it is the first readily obtainable issue. Excellent signatures and stunning printing quality for a note of this series. PCGS notes small edge splits (which are seen at the usual center fold) and also slash-cancelled. We see very few with this technical grade and even fewer with this degree of eye appeal.
